Carlin's Three Commandments

A lot of people will go around the next couple few days spouting "shit piss fuck cunt cocksucker motherfucker and tits" because he's most remembered by some for those seven words he said can't be said on the radio. He was right. For the moment, those seven words can still be said on the Internet, but I fear that may change in the near future, without eternal vigilance. The problem is, who's being vigilant? I'm not. Are you? Who's gonna protect those seven words on the Internet and defend them against the forces out there that seek to silence them? I'd prefer not only to mindlessly spout those seven words, but repeat some other words he's discussed more recently. George Carlin recently reviewed the ten commandments in the Old Testament, and narrowed them down from ten to three.

  1. Thou shalt always be honest and faithful to the provider of thy nookie.
  2. Thou shalt try real hard not to kill anyone unless of course they pray to a different invisible man from the one to which you pray.
  3. Thou shalt keep thy religion to thyself.
George Carlin's physical body is dead at the age of seventy-one. His words will live on in our hearts and minds so long as we remember him. In that way, his common sense and unique outlook will have immortality, provided humanity doesn't do what he predicted, and cause its own extinction.

May Joe Pesci bless you George Carlin. Thanks for all the laughter and the braincell exercises.
